Originally from Iowa, David moved to Tennessee in his teens and met his future wife, Donna, while a student at Rhea County High School. In 1996, David and Donna founded a technology business, which they sold in 2019. They have two adult children and reside in East Ridge, TN. About 30 years ago, by God’s providence, David became convinced of the truths of “Reformed Theology”. This compelled him to lead his family from a non-denominational Bible church to begin a journey learning the rich doctrines of grace from a Presbyterian perspective. Christ is Lord of all, and this reality is what keeps David in awe of God and motivated to lead others into and under the Lordship of Christ.
