Bart was born and raised in a Christian home in Ontario, Canada and, by God’s grace, has never known a day where he didn’t know Jesus as his Savior. His understanding of Christ’s lordship over all things deepened during the COVID years and the trials that resulted from being unable to gather with the saints for corporate worship for a prolonged period of time and from being forced out of a job that he loved. It was during that time that he and his family decided to move to Chattanooga, arriving here in August of 2022. He is thankful that, in God’s providence, they were led to Cornerstone and is honored to serve the saints as a deacon here. Bart is a project management consultant for several hospital corporations and a management consultant. When he isn’t working, Bart keeps busy with home renovations and rowing. He is married to Daniella and they have seven beautiful children together.
